Kamensky Cohen & Riechelson partners Jerrold Kamensky and Kevin Riechelson recently represented a client in an auto accident case. Our client, an undocumented alien, was crossing Witherspoon Street in Princeton NJ when he was struck by a car. The crash caused our client to suffer a traumatic brain injury.

During negotiations with the defense attorneys, we cited pedestrian accident law in New Jersey. We also presented a highly technical settlement proposal to the top ladder of the defendant’s insurance company. Ultimately, our client got the compensation he deserved and was able to return to his family in Guatemala. He is now residing comfortably in the care of his wife and children.
