While attending law school at Widener University School of Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a membership that recognizes students having attained excellence in the art of appellate advocacy. Admitted to practice in 1993 in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Cohen joined Jerrold Kamensky & Associates in 1996 after a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Howland Abramson, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. When he proved to be an exceptional lawyer displaying well reasoned creative solutions for which our clients expressed great appreciation, he was made Partner in the then formed Kamensky Cohen & Associates in 2004, now Cohen & Riechelson. He continues to be an outstanding advocate and problem solver for our clients in the areas of Corporate Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Product Liability Matters, Professional Malpractice and other complex Litigation.

Philip Cohen was truly amazing. He is respectful, shows compassion, professional, and most of all he knows what he’s doing. He kept me informed on everything that was going on with my case. Thank you again Philip! 😄

I had the pleasure of retaining Phil Cohen as my attorney in a personal injury case. He was very professional and attentive. He took time out to answer any questions and explained things to me so that I understood my case. He was very responsive in returning my phone calls. I like how he kept me in the know. I especially admire the way he negotiated my medical bills. He managed to get every single one of them reduced and paid off. I am very pleased with his services. Thanks again Phil. Great Job.
