Having been recognized as an experienced legal resource in the realm of plaintiff litigation, one of our partners, Kevin S. Riechelson, will be giving a presentation on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 from 3:00pm. to 4:00pm, at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey, which covers “Jurisdictional and Venue Issues to Maximize the Value of Your Case.” His presentation will delve into the unique jurisdictional and venue advantages and challenges associated with personal injury lawsuits filed in Pennsylvania State Court, New Jersey State Court, and Federal Court.
